Hi, My wife had our second daughter on Thursday morning at 4:54am. She was born and they said she was fine. About 20 minutes later she started to have breathing problems. We found out that she had a ruptured blood vessel in her lung. She is currently on air machine and has iv’s in her. If you guys can pray i would appreciate it. She just got transfered from magee to childrens. Thanks For any help. Bobby

my second daughter was fine for like a hour,than they put her in an inkubater(sp)for the night,its tuff to see them like that!she was fine the next day! thank god!

Yea she’s in the incubator(sp) right now with Iv’s. Said she’s doing good. But still gonna be a minimum of 2 weeks to come home. Its real hard. Had my first daughter premo and she was fine. This baby is bigger and now thhis happens. You never think something like this is going 2 happen to you or your family. Makes you feel like you did something wrong this time… Thanks for all the prayers

She’s at childrens hospital right now. Im leaving in about an hour to go stay there 2nite. Cant stay all day. Wife cant do much and we got a 18month old daughter. She isnt aloud to lift or do anything major.

Thanks guys. She was first on 100% oxygen. This morning they were able to drop it down to 80%. We went tonight to see her and she’s still out but was able to get her down to 70% oxygen and she’s doing good. Gotta get her down to 20%. They say they drop it depending on her blood gas test’s. Hopefully they all come out good for now on and I may have her home soon.
Update: She’s doing ok. She’s on 56% oxygen. Still has iv’s and she’s still on parylizing medication. If you talk around her , Her blood pressure jumps from 58 up to 87. You cant speak around her nor touch her. Doctor says she’s lookin about a month before she can get out. Could be longer
the point is that she WILL get out of the hospital. She’ll be allright, keep your head up!
