I got the Canon Optura 30. Has x12 optical zoom, and like 240 or somthing digital. It has all kinds of built in editing modes plus reciever for an additional light up top. Take digital stills at 2.2 MP, so I guess I sort of just made my digital camera obsolite snce its rated the same and only has x6 optical zoom
You would have to read more about it on the site because this shit is all greek to me.

oh I guess I should have told you that the 1200 was everything, including the fire wire card and wire, DVC, bag, 3 hour extra battery, and replacement plan since they don’t repair canon so they will just replace it if it breaks for 4 years.
