can it shred a cd?
You should see the one we used to have when I worked for a defense contractor. Was more like a paper atomizer. Was about 4-5ft tall… freakin nuts. Was used for shredding classified documents in the secret library.
We have one I use hourly at work :-p

I use to work for Johnson and Johnson in there medical development company, Otho Clinical Diagnostics, we had something similar to that Atomizer. It made the paper into peices about the size of a spec of glitter. It was basicly powder. It was loud as hell and you could throw in a whole ream(500 sheets) plastic, metal, cds, anything that was important. I through in a whole spiral bound notebook and it just made more noise. I asked one of the service guy how it works, he said it basicly just rubs the paper into tiny bits, it has massive opposing rollers of sandpaper that spin in opposite directiosn at high rpms.
yeah i just burn stuff lol
That’s what good old Tricky Dick said!
for heat uh uh.
wodstoves/inserts > fireplace (unless high eff.)
Not for aerosol cans…
nice:tup:
i was just thinkin about getting one of those soon cuz im sick of cutting crap up with scissors, lol
try a microwave…
microwave > any cd shredder.
but we have a cd shredder at work… it cost’ed like 4 times as much as a microwave
note to self… :snky:
i have a similar paper shredder. i think mine is 12 pages @ a time, cds, etc. it cuts right through staples and shit too. i don’t even take most of my mail out of the envelope lol.
a good paper shredder is one of the most important (and inexpensive) investments in your security that you can make; i would know… :shakes head:
thanks, i was looking for a good one
nice! i usually rip things up into small pieces and go for a long ride and casually toss them out the window in various spots.
it’s true.
but it’s also littering and ruining the environment.
Crossshredding? Try not to feed it your fingers
damm. Wish I knew you needed one. We just got a k-mart wholesale truck delivered last month, We got 5 or 6 shredders at the warehouse from it. I would have shipped one to you for cheap.
We shred our documents then use it as packing material and ship it out of NY state.
Just doing my part to keep NY clean. (and it saves money)
