it totaly does sound like a scooby now. i’ll drive this engine into the ground. so hopefully i can get the SHO finished and beat on that so i can work on the saturn. I would like to do a trans swap but i dpn’t know how my money situation will be.

any luck? I was just at M&M, there’s a few Saturns there for the pulling. I think there’s a small warranty that goes with them too.
Buying a Junkyard Saturn engine is a waste of time, if you don’t know how many miles are on the engine. Higher mileage Saturns burn buckets of oil due to thin ringlands, and over time they carbon up, creating an incorrect seal. Try finding an engine with under 70-80k miles, and you should be good.
