Stock engine runs strong body/frame is getting rough still good as a beater or parts car. I got another car to sink my money into so I’d like to get rid of this one.

-Passed e-test in April of this year with flying colors
-Custom Exhaust (Cat is rattling)
-Running on winters with lots of tread on tear drops
-Bings short shifter
-New clutch last year
-Cone filter with maf adapter
-Chuki Front end
-Oil sprayed 3 weeks ago

how bad is the rust on frame?? will it pass safety at least?
