Hey guys we have come across a deal and a half of a shop. 2700 Sq Ft, Devilbiss downdraft paint booth, etc etc. We are wondering if there are any SON members out near london who need a place to work on their cars, or if any SON members need a place to park their cars for extended periods of time. Rough price would be 100/car/month
We would also have a bay open for day/week jobs.

what would you charge to rent the down draft for the weekend? does the booth have a heating system?
Booth has heating system - and deal is not final yet so I’m not sure on pricing. We would rent out the booth on a per day basis for pretty cheap, as we are getting it for pretty cheap :D:D
