Ehhh. Although 90’s gangster rap is by far my favorite genre of music, there are still some good rappers out there.
As far as current rappers lyrics go and playing on words, I think Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z, NERD, The Game, Rick Ross, and SOME lil wayne are all worth listening to.
