If I could turn back time...

I collected during this time back then and vaguely recall passing these by.
If I only had the foresight…

so this is a box of unopened packages of 1986 Fleer?

that’s awesome.

what is the MJ rookie worth?

Pre war card collector auctions.

What war?! Dessert Storm? Haha

Study your history. It’s obviously Operation Enduring Freedom…

Graded and graded Gem mint 10!

jesus…

you could conceivably end up with 2 or 3 Jordan rookie cards in there…

Or 0!

Id give it all to you?

I doubt it.
132 card set, 12 cards per pack and 36 packs…432 cards.
I would hope you’d get at least ONE Jordan rookie from it.

Quite the gamble. Do any other cards from that era pull the kind of money MJ does? At quick glance it looks like 1 card gets your money back. 2+ and your raking it in.

If I had money to blow on stupid shit like this i’d hedge my bets, for sure.

You know who got a good deal? The guy who bought it in December for $2700 BIN, added 3 sealed packs to it (Say $500 each), got it graded, then relisted it.

You could possibly get your money back along with the Jordan, with Olajuwan, Ewing, etc…
But they’d need to be graded and when you look at it, it’s a quite a swing with the MJ rookie, ranging all the way up to $21k.
