We are thrilled to announce the new Öhlins FGK front fork cartridge kits for the Authorized Ohlins Dealer Suzuki SV650. These cartridge kits use 25mm pistons, and have compression, rebound, and pre-load adjustability. All kits include fork springs to optimize proper preload settings. All of these new fork kits have been fully tested with outstanding results. The cartridges kits are only available for a short time and require professional installation through us.
Previously, the SV650 has never had the ability for a full cartridge kit Suspension Tuning through Witchkraft Motorsports system without completely replacing the front end of the motorcycle. This is no longer the case. With the Öhlins 25mm cartridge kit now available for the Suzuki SV650, today is a good day! For second-generation SV650's (2003 and up). 25mm compression pistons, 25mm rebound pistons, new piston rings, new shims, complete set of one-way valves and new washers. Recommended track settings included. External rebound damping and compression damping. External spring preload adjusters. Your choice in spring rate (based on your weight and preference). Same 25mm fork springs that are on the R&T forks. Works with stock fork sliders and bottoms, so they are Supersport legal in nearly all regions. Due the custom nature of this, we are unable to ship the cartridges. The forks must be shipped to us for installation, so price above includes installation.
