From what I understood if you’re caught out past 9pm, you have to say you’re coming from work/going home, then it’s legit? Assuming they can’t immediately prove otherwise.
Definitely try not to crash your first car like all the rest of us here did 
or if you do, do it when nobody else is in the car.
