just because my garage is in west newton, doesn’t mean i’m a hillbilly
thnx showtime
we’ll see whats up… i doubt i’ll buy anything until the end of summer, not too late that every soccer mom is trying to get some AWD / SUV to kill people with, but enough time for me to decide on something.
it’s really between the touareg and volvo… going to read up on teh saab
hey im from Mt pleasant and i’m really really far from a hillbilly, you’ll see what im talkin about when i meet you, but anyway you don’t gotta be a hillbilly to have a pimp truck to rip around in, whats better then drinking and screaming threw the woods/mud/jumpin coal dumps in a 454 lifted chevy(not my truck) funnest shit i’ve ever experienced
then buy a real truck, not one of these “pretend SUV’s for yuppies” (no offence).
Too many companies are coming out with shit boxes they call SUVs. Not refering to your particular choice as a shit box, but a lot of these SUV’s are just not worth a damn.
i do’nt want a truck… i have no need… i really dislike bench seats for 2… something about it is :greddy: … my old man has a truck is i would ever need one… i think a truck is wasted space if you aren’t always hauling shit or working with it…
i’d rather have the comfort of a ‘nice’ vehicle… seems like i always fuck with cars, so why not get a nice ‘suv’ and leave it at that.
and i could give a fuck about pricing… i mean, obviously i care, but i’m not going to rationalize what i’m going to buy based off how cheap ican get something else… otherwise we’d all be over shaler’s house modding our geo’s.
i hate suv’s and their drivers too… this wouldn’t be my daily driver.
dude ride in my new truck, Its like a fucking dream. To the point I hate driving my car. Thats why I;m either selling itthis summer, or buying a trailor…
4 door, heated leather, power everything, rides smooth…
Plus it has the towing capacity with out struggling :dunno:
I bought my truck specifically for towing a car. I bought a 2 wheel drive, 2500 hd crew cab. 4 people are real comfy in it, we’ve had as many as 7. Still have the 6.5 ft bed so it’s still useful for other truck things and the cab does not stink like gas or oil. Only problem it’s a big ass truck to park in any urban setting. Everyone who rides in it is impressed with the way it rides, and it’s real smooth with some weight in the bed. I’ve yet to come any where close to the trailering limit and can still run 80 all day with what I need to tow. I was looking at Suburbans at the same time and am way happier with this truck. I’m only disappointed that the fiberglass cover I bought for the bed only lasted 2 years. I’m not trying to talk you out of an suv, but there are lots of benefits to the truck route. Sometimes I kind of wish I went the 4 x 4 route with it, but that was another 3 grand and worse gas milage.
trust me when/if you guys ever meet me you will be callin me somethin but it won’t be a hillbilly, just tellin my experiences riding in this crazy dudes truck…hillbilly’s know how to have fun
