“Powered by a twin-turbo, direct-injection 3.7-liter V6 and a new electric drive design dubbed “3D Motor”, the Essence yields a combined 592 brake horsepower (434 via internal-combustion, 158 brake horsepower via the lithium-ion backed disc-shaped electric motor).”
I actually think the huge Infiniti badge looks good on there. Some of the recent Nissan badges on some cars have been quite oversized and out of place but I think it looks good here.
Only thing it needs is the rear 1/4 window straightened, ie. curved completely then straight connecting to the normal door window, then it would look great!
This car’s like the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione… Only it isn’t ugly…
Those curves on that car,
especially in silver give it a nice stainless steel sculpted effect
& the badge, it’s big but still looks good, if it illuminated a bit around the edges…that’s amazing!
It’s a concept so many of those crazy designs would be worked out into a more road going fashion.
Makes me wonder with the economy being so bad and as they say it’s gonna get worse, who will be able to afford things like this anymore? Is it worth it for Nissan to put a car like thins into production? Yes there are people with money out there, but they are few. And my self being an independent auto broker/importer in Europe, I can tell you things are too in great shape in the auto industry no matter what field your in. I’m lucky my clientele is usualy upper class and middle upper class people but trust me, even they are starting to cut down on spending and are being more careful with what they spend their money on.
I mean WAY TO WILD for the public, water it down %85 percent or so and then wonder why the auto reviews were great but we could never sell them.
kind of like the gullwing FX45 they were pimping in the first seasons of shows for that car, and where did it go? into a filing cabinet with all the other pimp cars
