Well just thought i would give everyone a heads up that injen cold air intakes for spec’s SUCK to install, the cuplings would not fit over the pipe, me and chasenyadown took 45min to just get some of the tubing together. as for the whole job i think it was somewhere around 3 hrs. So for anoyone buying an intake, dont go injen, they work awsome but install licks. just so ya know

If you are that’s weird that you had so much trouble. When I installed it on my car last year I had no problems. And when I took it off 2 weeks ago, again I had no probelms.
Hmm…I wanted an Injen but found a better deal on the Nismo. Sucks that you guys had problems, but at least you got it installed! 
yah i am bmwboyz on 780, the hardest part was putting the red cuplings over the tubes, they just did not want to go. it was ridiculous, but yah at least its on and it sounds great

Injen does suck when it comes to install. after a while you just get used to everything and it takes less time. I have done 2 injens but i have to say, aem is really close

the springs are awsome, its great the wheel gap is mostly gone and it feels much stiffer, but the front isn’t ridiculously low, so that i hit everything. but i kinda wnat to go lower eventually but i have lots more i want to do before that.
Yeah next up headers, they make a HUGE difference to the QR’s performance, it just opens it up, Nismo, Stillen or Hotshot are all good although I have heard some guys have problems over time with the welds on the Hotshot.
My Hotshot is for sale now in the classifieds section. Used for 2 years, and welds have nothing wrong with them.
Yeah I dunno my personal preference with a header is to buy it new, but hey to each his own right.
