Looking to get a input shaft bearing replaced on a rb20det transmission wondering if anyone here has experience doing it and is willing to take on the job? got quoted $500 to do it keep in mind I’m trying to cut that in half, cost wise it might just make more sense to get another transmission.
Also if anyone had the same problem, how long did your transmission last before it was not driveable? It makes a whirring noise in neutral with the clutch pedal depressed but no other noise when in gear. Bought the transmission like that ( thanks dylan for the mint box )
