You guys use a depth gauge to get the paint within 8 microns or whatever the fuck he said? lol… I have that same 3M Paint xenon light here, but not that depth digital meter.

I don’t think it’s a waste of time. It’s the guy’s business and hobby. I think Zymol Royale is a waste, seeing as you can get similar results from something that isn’t so rare (the wax that has the two tubs in the plexi box… something like $10k+ for that shit alone, there are two boxes of it in all of Europe, none in North America), and that’s why the details are so expensive by this guy. He does an amazing job, but Zymol Royale = overrated.

x2! … Pinnacle & Menz is what I use, and I love both brands … (Definitly not cheap shit … But well worth the price … I have had good luck with Zymol Cleaner Wax … But Pinns Paintwork Cleansing Lotion is better IMO

The Menz products that I use/like the most is there Intensive Polish & Final Polish … I usally only use the Intensive Polish if Pinnacles Advanced Swirl Remover didn’t quite hit the mark that I was looking for …
As for Pinnacle …Body Work Shampoo, Paintwork Cleansing Lotion, Advanced Swirl Remover, Advanced Finishing Polish, Paste & Liquid Souveran, Clay & Ultra Poly Clay, Crystal Mist, Wheel Cleaner, Black Onyx, & There Whole interior line … I have a big collection of Pinnacle … I dont use there xmt however, wasn’t impressed (by what I saw, never used first hand) …
What pads do you use? … I really like the Lake Country CCS Smart pads, and I also have some Low Pro pads too … MicroFiber goes to Cobra Towels & Bonnets (with a lambswool leveling pad)
I use The Edge Pads. (www.edgepads.com) With my Porter Cable 7336.
They have a nice adapter, two sided, and are always centered. Last pack of microfibers I bought were from Costco, pack of 20. I need to get some Cobra MF’s, or some other name brand… the no-namers are way too linty after getting washed.
PS - Souveran = Wax of all waxes. I think XMT line was too over-hyped when it came out.
I agree!! … I stay away from XMT now … Just use there “Advanced” line and I am super happy with that …
