Well if u think about it cooling the air betewwn the air intake and the TB, would help a little I guess, but why just get a CIA.
You cant cool ambient air with ambient air.
it would still hurt performance installed there.

the only way for an intercooler to work on a NA car is if you place a REALY big fan behind the intercooler, and a mild restrictor in front of it
the air going into the engine has to be at a higher pressure then the air flowing across the intercooler
yes its possible to cool ambient air with ambient air … just takes alot of work and isnt worth it
