Has anyone had custom endtanks made for an IC core? What kind of place would do this for a decent price? Would it even be worth it?

Maybe try calling some rad shops. I think that they would probably be able to build them for you.
I have a friend who works for Norwest Cooling. They fix and rebuild intercoolers. They also make custom end tanks.
