This may be the most racist statement on this site, how funny would it be to see something happen in the US, like what happened in post WW1 Germany. A great leader (Hitler) promises a huge change using a scapegoat (the jews) to rebound his country except this time, just think who the scapegoat will be… I hate to blame it on one set of people and its safe to say there are many many people fucking up around the board but in general, this group of people are comprising more and more of a wasteful population and this problem really needs to be addressed. IMHO, Obama will just facilitate the continuation of a terribly inefficient “class”.

Regardless of your beliefs and values I think the gut feelings that most are getting is what is making people more and more aware. Take this thread for instance. Look at the amount of people who would have totally shyed away from this OR who denounced this as such a possibility in the past few months.
Whether or not we like it. We are going to face a major turn of events in the US and world history.
Do your research, all the presidential orders are in place to legally make the US a dictatorship and instill martial law. I am not trying to scare anyone I am just hoping that some people just use their ability to think and truely see what is going on around them and not just what it is you are told to think. Everyone on here is capable to do something and EVERYONE on this site is smart enough to know when there is danger lurking.
The US is not going to be anything we or our parents remembered as free sadly in the next coming years. I’m not blaming obama or bush or McCain, these are “change we need” that have had the foundations layed generations ago. It would not matter who was in office, its the same game just another puppet face.
I am not trying to sound like a conspiracy theorist. I consider myself to be very open minded and a survivor, part of that makes me want to put out the information when I feel it relevant to a situation, this one being survival.
Do I know what will happen? No. Do I claim to know what will happen? I have my thoughts as to possilbe outcomes. Does that mean it will happen? No. I hope more than anything that things do not happen the way I see them happening. Thus far everything I have predicted months in advance has. I am not claiming to be in the know or some sort of prophet, I am just an obervant individual with a thirst for knowledge. With that I take in information and my surroundings and make judgements based on current trends and gut instincts (intuiiton).
Call me crazy, it’s ok, I would rather go back to the way things were years ago just like many, but that is forever gone.
Time will tell what is next.

The point of these kinds of testaments/articles is not to predict the future, it’s to encourage change. If you take it at heart in a depressing, can’t-do-anything-about it way, it could unfold verbatim.
I feel it’s usually supported mostly by people who are morbidly unhappy at their current quality of life.
They have it in their minds that their life cannot possibly get any better, unless by a major catacylsm everyone elses’ life gets equally bad.
I’d like to know how many false predictions this guy has made. I don’t know how many he’s made, but if you predict enough things, something will eventually come true. Some other impressive predictions…?

What he predicts is entirely possible. I don’t think 95% of people in this country actually understand what is going on in the financial markets and economy right now. I work in this industry and i can assure you it WILL get worse before it gets better. It looks as if the auto industry will collapse in the US within the next 9 months. This will be the tipping point that drives us into a depression. We can certainly see another great one like we did in the 30s. To think that’s not possible is totally naive. The writing is on the wall and there are those of you can be oblivious and keep you head in the sand saying it can’t happen, but it certainly can. I can’t say for sure it will, but if I had to venture a guess I would say it is more likely than not. How bad can it get? No one knows for sure but my opinion is it can get a lot worse then people want to believe it can.
I think it has been mentioned before but, if the economy weakens to a certain point(tipping point) it could cause huge problems which will in turn cause it to collapse.
Most agreed that just one thing wouldn’t kill it but it may start the ball rolling.
Kind of like snow ball or domino, etc.
The housing thing already happened which caused the banks to stop lending which froze up companies like GM that exist on borrowed money.
People lose jobs and don’t buy cars.

Housing market = fucked. Financials = fucked. Credit = still locked up. S&P 500 = Down 36% YTD with no sign of when it will turn around. US Auto industry = fucked. Gas prices = Fucked and will get worse again.
Just browse the OT to see how many posts there are about local companies that are cutting jobs in industries that haven’t even been the hardest hit. Its a shit storm. I was talking with an elderly guy I work with who has been in the financial business 51 years this year and he’s aghast at what he sees happening. " I’ve never seen anything like it" he told me. Like was mentioned before, its a snowball effect. Our economy is so intertwined that all sectors are affected, in one way or another by every other sector so that if one gets whacked bad enough it can cause hardships in other and hence the entire economy.
