Next week, or possibly even this weekend I plan on buying an Ipod, so my question is…is the Ipod Touch worth it? I have 8,000+ songs I want to put on it, and I know the Touch won’t be able to hold all of them, but for $50 more, are the features worth it?
My choices are:
Ipod Classic - 80GB, holds all my songs, $249.00
Ipod Touch - 8GB (or 16GB if I really like it), holds some of my songs, 299.00 399.00 for the 16GB
Ipod Nano - 8GB, holds some of my songs, cheaper, 199.00
Wait a few days, rumor is that the line will be updated Sept 9.
price drops or just updated software?
Supposedly they are going to lower the prices of the touch to close the gap on the iPhone pricing. And they are going to slightly revamp the entire line, the nano will see massive changes. And the iPod Touch is the one you want. Its not going to hold much, but its sooo much more badass as a actual device. If you want it to solely play music, get the 160gb classic. The new nano looks like it might be cool though, but the touch has some badass apps.
