don’t worry it’ll happen. lol. i haven’t done anyhting except dyno mine. But the good news is my oil leak is fixed and I simply need to mount my front tires and put new exhaust clamps on.

I thought cars built for the bottle were slow N/A? Mainly because too much exhaust duration and super tight torque converter.

Converter swap takes all of an hour.

Most the time thats correct but i built mine to run like a mother on the bottle but i didnt need it all the time to still have a quick car. I tune the motor to its full potential then bottle on top of that to get the best performance. I do not have a Nitrous cam or a nitrous converter. Why spray to make up for power that should be there… the bottle just kicks it in the ass. My NOS 100 hp jetting made a true 100 something wheel hp. That is the 46 N and 52 F jets or whatever the stock NOS jetting is ( which is ran rich ). My converter is a custom 8" 4800 stall but not like most high stalls, it works great for cruising but when i need it to hold the high rpm it does. Carol Comp trans did it years ago.

Two things Ive learned over the years: (kinda ironic)
1 - Get the motor running real good then bottle it, if your motor isnt running how it should dont spray the shit out of it to make up for it
2 - nitrous fixes everything, your car has some hesitation outta the hole, low mid range torque, or no top end mph …nitrous fixes it all =] seriously

went 10.5 at 128 NA and with a hundo shot pulling 4* went into the 9s.

I also pull a lot of timing out on a super safe tune. when setup correctly 4* seems like a lot to pull for a lil 100 shot on a low compression pump gas motor, but when u whack it, the fucker moves out real good. and when you hit it with another hundo on top of that ( 8* pulled out with a 200 shot )… peace out and good night - ask kingsario =]

i would never swap a converter to run NA then Bottle… FUCK THAT

Well, I wouldn’t even think of spraying the converter in my car right now. It stalls around 5200rpm. Can’t imagine it would like a 150 shot on top of that.
