Yea, LocalNet will do that to you after a certain amount of time. When I started hanging up on people I knew it was time to move on. When that guy said he wanted to speak to the webmaster of the internet, you should have said “speaking”.

Man I’m so glad I didn’t take a call center job… But I’m getting paid shit to do a lot… But without previous experience, I’ll take shit pay for awhile. Plus the heavy workload now will only make it easier when I move into something more specialized and know how to look at problems from different angles.
old lady calls today…says that she keeps getting her mail rejected when she sends it…wants to know why we keep blocking her emails. log into her account, and sure enough there is a failure notice there…open it up, lets see what address she’s sending it to.

im ok jay! i dont know about some of these people calling. the lady pissed me off about signing up and getting an email address threw us but having problems logging on with that address with the yahoo page. 25 min and the lady still didnt seem to understand what was wrong with that.
