ahahahahaha i just set someone up on vista and right after i set them up i was going to create a short cut. i asked if they were on manage network connections and she told me the computer was now shutting down. lol my response was, well thats not good. right after i said that cx hung up the phone. lol
just a server that we have people connect to. we dont actually tech wise, deal with them
So glad I’m not in IT Service… to many dumb people… I have enough other Engineers and managers who don’t know their head from their ass and i have a tough enough time dealing with them, yet alone some moron with an IQ less than 50 trying to use a computer…

I am actually doing quite well today. Getting over this horrid lung infection or w/e the fuck it is thats been going around, got my unemployment debit card finally ( I worked seasonal), so I paid my car insurance and got gas…its a half way decent day in the life of JEG for a change lol wooot.
everybody had sand in their panties today… me included.
I think the best problems I hear about are from people I know that work at time warner, when there is a fire in California. People seriously call in when their neighbors house is on fire and ask why they don’t have internet.
