i wouldnt try that without telling the officer in full that you are recording him - you CAN go to jail for recording a police officer pulling you over without telling him he is being recorded. just pretend your on the phone or tell him strait up, ive had bad experiances with police in the past i would like to record this conversation, he cant say no… legally, or you can roll up your window and wait, more than likely he will just let you go - unless your doing 300 then your just an idiot lol
