It has come to my attention that some users are having issues getting a password reset email after they have requested one.
I’m curious as to how wide spread the issue was and if any of you have figured out a way to go around that.
I happened to be one of the few as well, but luckily it’s an easy fix when you’re sitting next to Web Developer (Singh). :bow

I had a problem at first. I sent about 4 or 5 requests for a password and I finally got one that kicked back to me.
yea i had the prob…i solved it by making a new account after trying about 10 times
yea it happen to me too … tried getting a reset pw for like a week tried a few times day … finnaly worked
im gonna keep trying and if it works ill have singh delete this one
