what is american about building an overpriced car that isn’t even worth what they have into it when it goes on sale? the company is shot, bankrupt, they need to restructure and the costs of manufacturing are the issue. I don’t care, close the doors.

not all cars are built in sweatshops, so lets not be confused here. The market dictates salaries for jobs… an assembly line worker maybe shouldn’t make almost $40/hr and shouldn’t cost a company $80/hr to hire. This is the problem and there are only a few solutions. Ford seems to be doing ok being “american”, why is that?
