I doubt it. Unless it was super offensive/out of line.
Why do people take it so damn personal when their “beliefs” are questioned. Is it your goal to change people’s minds? Forget about it. If you get upset about every little thing people say about “your religion,” you will live one shitty life.
I’m a Christian Minister. but what would I know?
That Christ did not die on the traditionally shaped cross is also indicated by the Bible itself. It repeatedly tells of his dying on a tree, the Greek word being xylon. (See Luke 23:31; Acts 5:30;10:39.) Xylon simply means “timber,” and “by implication a stick, club or tree or other wooden article or substance.” That is why the Gospel writers all use xylon to refer to the staves or clubs that the mob carried when they came to take Jesus.
religion is ignorance. Lets believe everything was created by “god” and fuck evolution being logical. lets ban it from the schools.
Religion makes me sick… the only good thing that comes out of religion is good morals. NOT to kill, to steal, and what not. which any person with a little common sense and respect for others can figure out
great who cares if a man name jesus died on the cross… there are many guys that die from gun shot wounds in mexico named jesus… crucifixion was a common method of exacution… so there probably was a guy named jesus that died from crucifixion WHOOP DE FUCKING DO
and if you are offended by the picture who cares, i dont. That is creativity at its best… GREAT idea joe
Don’t get me wrong, like I said, I am no perfect Christian, I smoke and drink and shit…but I dunno…that pic is just wrong. Even if you do not believe in Jesus…it is what he stood for that is important and should be recognized. People have done horrible things in the name of religion, and they are the ones who are in the wrong. The bible teaches compassion for your fellow man no matter what. To forgive and be kind. I know many people hate the bible because it preaches against homosexuality for example, but it is not up to US to judge others like that, that is for God to do. Personally, I disagree with it, but I do not judge people by it. I can look past it because it is not my business, nor my place to cast judgement on them. As the Bible says “Let he who goes without sin cast the first stone”. Basically it’s saying not to judge people because you have your own things to be judges upon as well.
on a lighter note,
So a Rabi, and Minister and a Priest walk into a bar…
