it’s because you ask for it. a lot of the rice drivers want attention… why else would you have a racing paint job, racing seats, bright neon lights, a fart can. you ask for attention here with nothing to back it (performance) and you get blasted down. here at pittspeed we race on the track not on the keyboard (bullshit).

Performing involves objective tests. If you run the times, whether it’s at the drag strip, autocross, road course, whatever, then you’ll get the respect.

Thats a great question. Seems like soon as they see that u got a import or not a chevy or a ford. You get bashed within 5 minutes of speaking. Not all imports are ricey. Its just how u make them. People are just to quick to judge.

havent read the rest of this thread yet, but there are a TON i mean a TON of 4 banger/imports on here that are fast, tasteful, and respected…
rice=rice, and theres even a bunch of people who back up rice…i for one do not like mods that make a car look worse…i do respect 4 cyl engines (there are alot on here that are alot faster than my car),
stop feeling like its ur car or cyl being hated, its choices that make cars uglier, or ‘building’ a car for speed that you could have bought another car much cheaper and modded less to make it faster
