I was searching google to get a better handle on what to wear for a party with a dress code termed “smart casual” when I ended up on the UK Yahoo page and this story was getting top billing.

Clarkson seems like he would be a scary guy since he is like 8 feet tall.
And does anyone have a good description of smart casual?
Must have been some pretty pathetic “roughians” because while Clarkson is 6’4" tall, he is in no way in shape. Skinny arms, skinny legs, beer gut, smoker, bad hip, bad knees. Maybe this kid was 14 like the girl in the story though.
