Jim P vs SSmokin

I want to be in the car for that :rofl

i call dibbs…

if your compression test was all in the same range id say you should be fine but 1 cyl dippin off at 95 deff isnt good…

2.6 stroke motherfucker

If I spray a 200 shot, it’s going to be at the track. I’m gonna do a leak down test on the thing to make sure it’s the bottom end first (it probably is, burns oil at WOT)

2.6 stroker means I have a lot of down time with the car, and it’s the most expensive option. I dont want to yank my engine and ship it to VA… effing nightmare…

the neon sounds like a diesel truck with a 6inch exhaust

:rofl

Just build the stock block. People are making huge power on the 2.4’s

and they can spool mega turbos… get a strong bottom end and let it rev and itll be nasty.

Fully built 2.4, tested at 1000hp, $5000
Fully built 2.6 stroker, tested at 1400whp, $6000

Street/Strip Head, $1300
Race Head, $1700
Pro Head, $2000

Pocket change…:wow

For 5 grand I can get a mint notchback roller with suspension, rear, seats and cage. All I have to do it find a place that will take my neon and give me a cheaper car plus cash.

I like the way you think sir! :lol

much better than buying a short block for a fucking piece of shit neon…

Qft!

fox body FTW

I’ve always wanted a notch…

I just heard about a fresh built turn-key car that won’t start. The owner is frustrated and is willing to part with the car for next to nothing… I may be taking a trip down to Long Island next weekend to check it out. It’s cheap enough that I could buy the notch and keep the neon for a daily.

Do ett!

Srsly…

Just what jim needs, something light with a V8… :rofl

This is what Jim needs

500hp + 200 shot + 2000lbs + rwd = win!

Don’t forget blowin it sideways :rofl

Traction ftw.

I found a rubbed notch with 15" wide slicks and bars, 12pt cage, and 9" rear for 6k
