wtf is in it?! its so goddamn good, I made a steak sub tonight at work and I swear, the only thing missing was the sauce! if found the right cheese (pretty sure its half swiss half american) anyone have any ideas on how to duplicate this delicious sauce?!
I love the steak sub with sausage… Not sure what it’s called… Usually I can’t read/talk at that time of the night and just point at the menu. But you’re right, that sauce makes it. Where do you work Jam?

" Sub cheese" its white in color, long 12" for 12’ subs an ~ 2" wide, comes precut and I think is land o lakes, its called sub cheese, and made for subs. It says right on it american swiss blend or half and half, I forget.
It does look like mighty taco cheese, when they put it on the tacos. We also have american, and prov. I like the sub cheese though.
