I have a friend with a math degree that went into actuary work…maybe geico?
I have two friends with math degrees.
One works on Wall Street as a quant making money hand over fist.
The other is a sound engineer and loves his work.
Question for you people whose friends have jobs with math degrees. Do they have their masters in math? Or in another field? Just curious since I wouldn’t think someone could end up on Wall Street (for example) without being a finance major or something along those lines.
