I’m looking for an every day work watch. I’d like a skeleton I think, any ideas on where to look for a sub $500 example? Can either be metal or leather although I’d think a metal strap makes more sense. I have small dainty wrists too so something I can find a vendor for locally to go try on would be good. I’m assuming in this price range that shouldn’t be hard.

what size crown are you looking for, what do you consider every day, more casual or formal

How do you measure the crown? A 30 second google search wasn’t very helpful.

Watch diameter is measured for the case not including the crown. Here is a fairly decent Oris that you may be able to find for $500ish.

That doesn’t really help me measure my watch? At its widest, my watch is ~41mm but I don’t think that is right.

what watch is it

Oh wow, I like that a lot. Reminds me of a russian diving watch (probably what it’s styled after).

they are both made by U-boat, one is just a newer launch of the “less” expensive line

the Welder is HUGE!! 48mm i think
