Johnny Angel Highlights Giant Hurricane Relief Cruise

Join Johnny Angel and the Halos as they headline “Compassion Cruise for Katrina Victims”, a giant Car Cruise and fund raiser this Sunday at Atria’s Restaurant at PNC Park. Along with Johnny Angel and the Halos will be The Wee Jams and Magic Moments as well as several DJ’s lead by “Rookie Rick” Kohler for a day long cruise benefiting victims of recent hurricanes and flooding.

This event is so big that it will span the river as Sixth Street as well as The Clemente (6th Street) Bridge will be closed to accommodate it. All cruise cars will park on General Robinson Street, Sixth Street and right on the Bridge!

Enjoy nearby restaurant specials, Car Club fund raising trophy and publicity, 50/50 raffle and a raffle on a scooter.

The Cruise, which begins at noon this Sunday October 9, 2005, is a benefit for victims of recent hurricane and flooding damage. All proceeds go to the Brother’s Brother Foundation and Salvation Army.

Be sure to cruise on downtown this Sunday October 9th as we enjoy some of the best oldies music in the area and raise money for a worthy cause!
