Robidas was head hunting too when he went after tootoo without the puck. So, i don’t feel bad for robidas, but a punch was a bit extreme by Tootoo, he knew it was coming.
glove on is the only problem i have, take it off and fight. Otherwise clean hit, defending his back from a nasty blindside check, awesome.

I think 5 games is a bit much for a guy taking a punch defending himself. I mean, guys throw wild punches all the time and get no suspension. Just because tootoo got lucky and knocked the guy out he gets 5 games?
I guess I shouldn’t try to understand suspensions when Bettman is in charge.

WTF is up with hockey lately, been a lot of hardcore violence, not the regular fights etc… but more doods gettin knocked out than a boxing match.
There are ways to defend yourself in that situation that don’t involve punching someone in the face.
He should get 5 games.
