I used to be 60lbs heavier so I love leg workouts. I’m used to supporting a heavier version of myself so that’s likely a big part of it :lol
This is my workout program, it focuses on a balanced all body workout. I had a lot of success with it my first rotation (despite only lifting 3 days a week in phase 1) and have seen good results in the past month of going through it a second time.
