isqueeze works great, bought it for like 5 bucks off ebay shipped. It has a hole at the bottom for a cord to run through as well.
the lexan in the doors fills all the holes that would otherwise be there on the door skin so you can layer the deadening material over the entire door. Heres a pic to explain:
