That’s the only issue I have with getting my Camaro on the road. It was originally a 2.8 V6 car, and with the built 355 I don’t have any chance in hell short of putting classic plates on it to get it legal. You might know some way I can get past the Allegheny county emissions? Lol.
you still need to take it to an emissions inspection station no they can put the “exempt” sticker on it. After that, you can get the regular inspection.
From my experience (my last car was exempt for under 5k) once you have owned it for a year, then it becomes exempt every year you put less then 5k on, and you buy the exempt sticker while getting your state safety done…
I need inspected this month… I will also need a cat welded on. I have a catback exhaust and a high flow cat. I just need the cat welded on with the two flanges. How much for the welding work? I see that you posted $20 for inspection. Let me know when you will be able to do it. I have to install new rear drums and shoes this week and then it will be able for inspection. Thanks man. Ben
