Just dyno'd 440WHP - 2003 Evo

nope. that kid was young, t3/t67dbb

Was that the same EVO that raced the explorer and barely won? :rofl

Yeah, got bubbled up clearcoat on all 4 brakes and the carbon fiber on the wing. I’m debating painting the brakes black and running wingless…
Right now I have an old ACT clutch and light flywheel that I put in 50k miles ago… I’m waiting for it to blow but its still holding up. I don’t floor it much… will get a twin-disc in the spring.

Nope, wasn’t me. I been in the area all my life.

Actually BBY is the rarest of all Evo colors right behind yellow. Its just really weird that there are so many BBY Evo’s in this area… I’ve seen 3 or 4. What did the 3076R put down for him? 3076R used to be the turbo of choice for those looking to upgrade… now there is the Red that spools faster and has more power up top. Bolt-on to stock manifold too.

Here’s the dyno for those too lazy to look at the link in the 1st post: http://forums.evolutionm.net/attachments/evo-dyno-tuning-results/127603d1231366679-just-another-fp-red-dyno-dyno.pdf

If we’re not members, we can’t look at it :’(

Do you have it on a photobucket or something?

Take it to Turbotrix in Edison NJ… They have a AWD dyno and specalize in Evos… its about a 3 hour drive…

youre a :retardclap

Thanks for your input? I wasn’t talking about this guy, I was talking about the guy that Adam raced.

nice car bro!

DOH, yeah that’s what I meant to say…popular color in the area. They seem to be everywhere around here. Only yellow one I’ve ever seen was Justins old '03 with the old Revolver cams(lumpiest evo idle I’ve ever seen).

Not sure what the MR actually put down number wise because the dyno was having issues and wouldn’t register more than 330 no matter what we did. It’s currently tuned @ 30-31 with methanol. I hate guesstimates but I’d probably say somewhere in the 420-430 range on the Mustang @ Moon. It used to be 411 with the old crappy ATP kit there. Now an AFI Twin scroll setup that builds 24lbs of boost 300 rpm later than the stock 16g at the moment so it’s a rail off the line, especially if you use some of the 10lbs anti-lag. Spins 1-2 and will break traction in third most of the time(six speed). Motor is stock aside from ARP HS and rod bolts.

My favorite Evo is still EJ’s BBY '03 which if he ever decides to sell will be immediately bought by myself and given a proper whooping @ Watkins Glen. The mod list on that one is full of names but the biggies are full TRE drivetrain, Ohlins, Racing Brake, and my special 4" inlet antisurge 16G turbocharger

I like your car. It’s the right color with the right OEM wheels and is clean

i saw, ive been in the car. an explorer isnt beating it. it had a carbonectics clutch that wasnt warmed up so it wouldnt launch hard, he should have slipped it a bunch on the way to the spot to get some heat in the clutch so it would bite. oh well right.

Ok, we’re talking about the same car now. Did you see when he let his friend drive it in the lower lot? Kid couldn’t get it going from a start without revving it to 23482438 RPMs or else he just stalled it. I was on the side of the ext. as the flew by and the explorer wasn’t very far behind. A bad launch from the EVO would certainly make a huge difference, I knew there was something fishy about the race but I haven’t seen that EVO since…

There is no way an explorer would be any where near that car

i was talking about that car in the first place. hes from jersey, goes to Siena, he was supposed to be selling the car to someone. the kids name is Brett. odd yes. it was a nasty car. built 2.0, Shearer fab manifold, AMS intake manifold, AEM EMS, 1200cc injectors, T3/T67DBB(GT37R). car should have laid down somewhere in the 600hp range.

Very nice car, and nice numbers! An FP red is a stock turbo with modified wheels?

Nick

yes ser! its a step above the green

hey ART. Ex evo owner here. had the yellow 03 evo with black rpf-1’s and over 500whp.

u want to go to a dynojet, take a trip down to ICS. George is the man!!! i have been there a few times and he has treated me and all the others there like they were his main priority. he really gives a shit about his customers. great guy! go there whether u like AL or not, George is fucking awesome. i think i might head down there when the weather breaks just to say whats up and show him my new ride.

awesome numbers!

closest AWD dyno is Moon performance in Lake Placid. It too is a mustang dyno, so if you want dynojet then listen to what others have said.

Nice numbers.

go back to sleep. when we need muscle we will give u a call.

rofl

Oh clowned
