As for shoes. I wear Rocky boots at work and they are amazing. Good quality plus comfort.
Outside of work I’ve worn Asics and Timberlands for years. (Since way before Timberlands became ghetto fabulous) But the last couple pairs of both I’ve had, the soles have come off from the heel very quickly. (Keep the not knowing how to walk comments quiet Sonny)
I’ve noticed the quality trend overall in clothing in general of late though. Carhart stuff is now cheaply made and wears out a lot quicker. And blue jeans all suck now. I can’t find any jeans that last more than a couple months before I have holes worn in them.
The textile industry has gone to hell in a hand bag it seems…
