Bought it very cheap with 52,xxx original miles on it, body was in immaculate condition…no rust(just horribly faded paint). I bought it with a bad tranny and a bad crankshaft. The whole reason i bought it was to rebuild it and make it somewhat fast (seeing stock it had 225hp and 330tq). Came with a 5.7L L98 V8, 4 speed auto.
…I’d say about a week maybe 2 later it was painted, don’t have any pics of it before it was painted, they were lost when i got a new computer :headbang All i have is one from inside my garage when we were putting the hood, hoodvents, ground effects, new emblems (that costed $300 :confused) and spoiler on.

Eh, tough to say…probably the Trans Am just because it’s nicer than the civic, i mean the civic is nice but the Trans Am’s interior is mint, the whole condition of the Trans am is just mint…the civic is fun to drive but then again the Trans Am is rwd and they’re always fun :mwahaha …So i’d say the Trans Am :cool
…plus the civic was just something i threw together to be a DD :thumb
Nicely done musclecar! Looks like you got the best of both worlds, smaller high revving engine in the Civic and the big torque monster of a motor in the T/A- good work. Curious to see how the rims will look when you get them on.
Thanks, and yeah speaking of the rims, if anyone knows of anyone selling C5 or C6 z06 rims let me know because the ones I had lined up to buy off my grandfathers vette he wound up not buying aftermarket rims
The build looks good. I had a 91 GTA built something similar. Youre gonna want to loose that stock intake if you want to see good top end horse power. stock TPI intakes have 17inch runners while LT1s and LS1s have about 3inch intake runners which almost completely accounts for the 50-100 hp difference in the later engines. It should be a torque monster right now… Beautiful car!
