I’m planing to remove my stock foam spoiler and I wanted to know if anyone here had any body or paint shops in the K-W area that they would recommend I check out. I would need them to fill the holes and repaint my hatch.
Also for those who have done this already, how much did you pay?

its true they can be a little pricey, but you can go in 5-10 years later and say, look at my hatch, the paint is ____(bubbled, oxidized, discoloured, rusting), and they will fix it.
My buddy works there and has told me stories of repairing 7-10 year old paint, or respraying a uerethane spoiler because the paint aged differently and no longer matched.
i’ll agree that queensway does great work…but it’s super pricey…$200 for a fender or more i was quoted…3500$ just to repaint the trunk and rear 1/4 of my jetta when it was hit…the biull came to over 5g’s after they pulled the dint.
i know of a few of the smaller places that will paint an entire car for 500-1000$ and the work isn’t that bad. it’ll look like stock paint in texture and appearance.
The only thing that will look like factory paint is factory paint or a really really expensive shop.
Well I’m not too concered if it doesn’t perfectly match … it looks like the hatch has already been repainted once before.
I’m just looking for a paint job that will last for a few years and not look horrible, and then I can get the entire car done.
