As far as the snow/dirt/SHIT packed (lol @ shit packed :rofl ) Vermont doesnt seem to plow the roads. Not just back roads but main roads too. They just add sand and the end result is what you see. New York is great, one friggin’ snow flake and they have trucks plowing bare pavement.

I wish NY would do that too, but no we get .5" of snow and they got the full force out, plows down, salt sprayin’.
