Tenants all want to stay but would evict the long one and redo and charge 2-300 more a month.

I’m sort of looking to do a cash out on some smaller properties to pay off my big ones. Looking at quitting GM next yr and don’t want any debt at all including my plazas. Might consider selling one of those if someone wants a large property.
