Short of the story I was closing on 2 apt buildings through Krunkel(steve) tomorrow at 4pm.I decide to drive a buddy of mine by there after I dropped wifey off at the casino.I drive by there and pull up and…no way!!!They busted all the windows out of the back building!!!Like 17 of them or something w/ storms.
I then go inside and they were inside as well.Spray painted the walls, toilet,(no clue why they did that) etc.The one they busted by throwing a huge brick through it.Some of the upstairs ones they busted from the inside as there was glass on the porch roof.
Going back a few weeks ago when I actually went to check them out 2 little black girls about 8-9yrs old rode by us and told us “we need to go back where we belong”:eek: Wonder what their parents were teaching them.
WTH is wrong with ppl these days.
Know later today what the bank that owns the houses is going to do about the windows.

I don’t own it yet. It was to change hands tom.(today now) at 4pm.It is all upto tha bank now how they are going to handle it.I told them to knock $900 off as that was more then fair to fix everything.
Krunkel is supposed to LMK in the am.

Silver, right next to the casino.This area WILL be going up in a few yrs as soon as they push the trash towards the 20th st area and up.Which if you look at the houses going up for sale over there, they are already doing so.

Sorry to hear. I live in Niagara Falls. There are more and more younger kids running around thinking they are big and bad and can do anything they want. I live on 11th and linwood and within the last year 13 people moved off the street. There are about 5 or 6 houses that arnt vacant. Plus down near the casino is a bad area to buy an apartment. My mother lives on 20th and independence and it is a nice area. Try going towards there if you dont want anybody doing that stuff.

Not sure where 20th and Indy is but I know most parts of 20th street is getting bad.They only did it becuase it was empty but still.Should be fine once rented,but that is upto the bank to decide how they are going to compensate me.

your damn right you can, as has been discussed in previous threads im all for the needing to take a test to be allowed to parent children. If any person teaches their children that type of garbage then they clearly arnt responsible enough to raise kids at all. Wat you shoulda done was flattened their bike tires so they had to walk their bikes home.
