It’s a great idea and I’m really happy to see this being developed. I’d like to see the results of reliability studies.
I am surprised this technology is not already in production. I read an article on it like 10 years ago. It is an obvious solution for valve control.I would think that all the automotive manufacturers are working on something similar. It is an engineering challenge, but we put a man on the moon with 1960’s technology.
True that. However people expect to be able to start their car, slam it in gear and go…with no warm up. Every time. Without fail.
I’m sure they and any other major manufacturers are aware of that. That’s why I would be interested in the reliability of it.
