I dont know about that,…Similar circumstances happened with me last winter…To make a long story short some lady called the cops about us doing doughnuts in the snow and about 45 min later the cop seen my car parked and matched the license plate number and nabbed me… I fought it and won, only because the lady didnt appear in court. So idk…
