I know there’s some peeps that want dogs on this site, just tossing this out there. I don’t know much about the situation, a co-workers wife has been trying to help out.
Supposedly some are on the way here to spend some time with foster families until they are adopted… I can find out more info if anyone is interested. The ones on the way here are around 18 months.
I will look into adoption. I know a bunch of lab lovers
