Landscaping/er recommendations?

Well, I’m starting to sell my house, but I need to have the yard basically cleaned up, leveled, seeded, and some rock beds cleaned and new gravel added. I’m not looking to have the whole thing re-designed, just everything that is there freshened up.

I would do it myself, but I’ve been busy as hell with work, looking for a new job, traveling, and doing the house itself; plus I don’t have the tools to handle the dirt/rock that needs to be spread.

Can anyone on here either do it; recommend someone to do it; and have a rough price?

it’s about a 1/2 acre lot.
