let the debate begin...

awesome.

Just a side note:

I listened to an interview with a recent upper level manager at GM who stated, probably truthfully that:
" Todays American men and Womenr, between the ages of 18-28 will not give a domestic car a chance, not the time of day, not an opportunity". He spent a few minutes on the subject and explained how the slow moving process at GM and other domestic producers simply couldnt keep up with the changes and desires like the imported companys could. They found themselves unable to create the market, but instead chase it… and now find a loyal following of “anything but domestic”.
Whats unfortunate here is it is true, many in that age group, even those civil minded, smart and level headed, are in fact Jaded, perhaps with good reason, but so jaded that Domestics have a long way to go to be accepted again in the newer generation.

Buying domestically is ALWAYS good for the American economy to a greater extent than buying an import, even when it may not have been as good for the end users initial pocket book… but there were and are ramifications, some that have been realized recently.

There are and were smart people at domestic companies who simply couldnt stop the bleeding, and many wish they had the chance at the 18-28s again, but that market segment m,ay be slightly written of…or catered too. We shall see.

Buick came in #1 in JD Power for reliability this year… thats add.

that was shocking to read about.

plus one :crazy
