Cuz cafeterias use the canned gravey from grocery stores, not the powder+water crap like fast food restaurants. I was a cafe poutine fiend in highschool!

Costco fries are one of the best in existence, however. lol
I usually make Cavendish fries in the deep frier at home and use the “brown” gravy from Clubhouse, and some premium shredded mozzarella, like 2 handfuls. It is orgasmic, everytime. This is why I have manboobs, and my life expectancy has halved. lol
